ORCID-CA Community Call: Beyond the Library: How MyCreds Is Connecting Credentials to ORCID Profiles Across Canada
Would you like to discover how ORCID is creating impact beyond libraries?
The ORCID-CA team is pleased to invite you to our next Community Call on June 30 at 1:00 PM (EST), where we explore ORCID's growing role in Canada's broader post-secondary ecosystem.
In this third ORCID-CA Community Call of the year, we will welcome Jodi Tavares, Executive Director of the Association of Registrars of the Universities and Colleges of Canada (ARUCC)’s MyCreds® | MesCertif, to discuss a key example of national, cross-institutional collaboration: how MyCreds® enables credential holders to add their credentials directly to their ORCID record.
MyCreds® is Canada’s national digital credential network. Owned by the sector, bilingual, and designed to support secure credential sharing, it enables credential holders to exchange their qualifications safely both within Canada and internationally.
But what does ORCID adoption look like outside the library sector? Join us to learn more!
This is a great opportunity to ask questions, gain inspiration for your own context, and connect with the ORCID-CA community.
This call will include real-time interpretation through Wordly, allowing participants to follow the presentation in the language of their choice.
We look forward to seeing you there!
